Education

Section Q is education. It has a single division (85) covering every level: pre-primary (85.1), primary (85.2), secondary (85.3), higher (85.4), other education such as courses and training (85.5), and educational support (85.6). Most schools run under municipal and state authority, outside the commercial register; the registered companies are mostly private providers — private kindergartens, language and driving schools, courses. They are small and need almost no capital.
