Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities

Section E groups water management and environmental services. It has four divisions: water collection, treatment and supply (36), sewerage (37), waste collection, recovery and disposal (38) and remediation and other waste services (39). Water and sewerage are usually run by municipal utilities, while waste management mixes a few large regional operators with many smaller haulers. Waste is the biggest part by turnover.
