Division 85 is education at every level: pre-primary (85.1), primary (85.2), secondary and post-secondary (85.3), higher (85.4), other education including courses, driving schools and training (85.5), and educational support (85.6). State and municipal schools are mostly outside the commercial register, so the registered companies are mainly small private providers with little capital.
