Construction of residential and non-residential buildings

Division 41 covers the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. It includes the development of building projects (41.1) and the construction work itself (41.2), so it holds both property developers and general contractors. The division is fragmented: a few large builders and developers and many small firms. It is closely tied to the property market and the investment cycle.
